President's Week Program Snowboarding

During the President's Week Vacation, February 20 - February 24, Schenectady Ski School at Maple Ski Ridge offers a 5-day program of group ski and snowboard lessons in the morning. Each lesson is 1.5 hours in length.

Snowboard classes available for ages 8 and up. Classes for beginning riders are held during the early session (9:30), and all Intermediate classes are held the second session (11:00). Adult lessons are offered on an individual private lesson basis by appointment.

Pricing Schedule: (This fee DOES NOT include the Area Use Ticket. Rental equipment is available at the Maple Ski Ridge Rental Shop or at local area Sports Shops.)

All 5 lessons just $75.00

Ages 5 thru 7 who have never ridden a snowboard before can have fun and learn basic "tricks" with a snowboard on level ground, as well as the basics of sliding and learning a beginning uphill lift. Their success depends on the use of correct equipment, so the children MUST rent the appropriate Burton Learn-to-Ride equipment from Maple Ski Ridge. These children have 4 hours on snow, 1.5 of which is in class.

This fee includes a 4 hour Area Use Ticket. Does not include equipment rental.
